At Exclusivegifts, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be flexible with our policies while maintaining fairness for all our clients.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling with a small fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund, but may be applied as credit toward future services
- No-shows: Full charge applies with no credit for future services
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is free when done at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your styling consultation, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
- A follow-up consultation to refine recommendations
- Additional style guidance via email
- Partial credit toward future services
Package Services
For multi-session packages such as our VIP Experience, the following policies apply:
- Packages must be used within the specified timeframe from purchase date
- Individual sessions within a package cannot be transferred to another person
- Unused sessions may be converted to credit toward other services
- Partial refunds for unused portions are considered on a case-by-case basis
Refund Process
When a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In cases of illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility.
